Hi DM, not quite sure what you mean?
can someone point me in the right direction of the diary thread please? as my journey is not solely alcohol related I think a virtual diary might be useful.
    DM

I only know about the Debt Free Diaries which would mean starting a new thread on this board. Obviously it needs to be connected with money saving in some way and not buying booze would be a good start!

    Hello you!!

Not feeling too glamorous to be honest!!

Sorry to hear about your episode last night, hope you're feeling a bit better. Was there a trigger or just the sunshine? I must say you really surprise me saying you're not a very sociable person. Your virtual persona says different!!:A
  • Hello All

Finally! One more AFD for me - so that's 4 for April please Shaggy :j

And that's one AFD towards the schoolnight challenge please Bearacus :T

Just wondering if anyone else has looked at Drinkaware.co.uk and had a nasty shock - put in my now MUCH reduced alcohol consumption only to found I'm still in the 'increasing risk' category !

I hate to think what it would have been like before I cut back! More cutting back needed for Too Many still though I'm afraid! :o

It's 4afds for me now. Not doing that well this month but will hopefully have another one tonight. Drank far too much on Saturday with friends and spent the day feeling sick and tired-not good. Thankfully didn't have a massive binge because could remember going to bed and didn't injure myself by falling over which goes hand in hand with a really bad one :( I want to cut right down and also don't want to binge at the weekends and ruin them either.

I'm baaaack! You didn't scare me away. Me and Piglet had to take my Nan up the hospital. Nearly 91 and she's finally admitted she can't hear a sodding thing!;) Three hours of hearing tests later and they've ordered her a couple of nice hearing aids!:D

I don't know Maman...just know I've been on a bit of a self destruct mission this last few days. Got to stop!

And, to be honest, I'm not a very sociable person at all! Hate any get-togethers etc, avoid work do's like the plague and look forward if we do go out to just going home!:D Think I get this from my Dad who acts like someones trying to kill him if they try to get him to go to a party!:rotfl:
