How's Miss P going on? Hope you are doing OK, I'll be really interested to hear from you and any tips you are learning October is always a month when I tend to give in to the bells big time at the weekend - but really, really trying to ignore them this year and have my lowest units October ever ;)

Hi beckseven, I'm sure the AFness will be a great help to your weightloss but I didn't find it enough in itself. As a recent convert (in my case to SW), if you have the books why not have a go on your own? and I think there's a thread on here that might help too.

A bit early to call it but I'm certainly up for being AF today. I hope you all are too!;)
