I've been AF for 6 months and 2 days! Very proud of myself and a whole half year feels like a real achievement for me. I've faced all sorts of barriers and challenges through the 6 months and so many opportunities to celebrate/drown em and stood my ground and stayed free from it!
Bearacus - way to go :T! 100 days is fantastic - are you feeling better for it?

I've just read an article about alcohol by a social anthrpologist on the BBC website which is quite interesting. Not sure I completely agree with her but food for thought:
