Good morning all!

Gien - yes the effect of kids can work both wells with regards to AF'ness! Luckily Piglet has been really good the last few days. I'm sure kids can sense things sometimes.

Heath - have pm'd you

Maman - :rotfl::rotfl:at the idea of Piglet bald.

Mackeroo - Annoying at having to buy new clothes, but what a lovely problem to have ! Funny about your shoe size though!

Last night was ok. Luckily had parents evening at 6pm so that took care of my danger time as no way in hell would I have a drink before seeing a teacher!!:eek: Piglets doing really well at school. She says his reading is really fluent and she's impressed with his maths. So I'm a proud mummy Just got to work on his writing (he's not too keen on putting spaces between words!!:D)

Today I should be ok till about 6pm. Piglet has a little friend coming to play 4-6 so that will keep me busy. After that will be danger time. Think I will need to have a plan of action in place.:o

8 AFDS for me please shaggy. Not a great increase as have only been af one day this week. Last night i went to the pub and had a large and a small glass of wine and then came home and had half a bottle of wine-feel awful today, hungover, bloated and had a really bad night sleeps-it wasn't worth it. I need to try harder to stay af during the week so will put myself down for 3 for the SNC next week as all my good habits have gone awry. Good luck miss p in your decision. I wish I could be as brave. I need to get back in control again.

Apologies for the self indulgent post and that its nothing to do with being AF but i so wanted to share that tonight i went to fat class, lost 3lb bringing my total to 50lb this year :j:jIm so chuffed to be a loser :rotfl:The end is in sight, ive got about 10 pounds to go to goal

Not having an AF weekend so will check in again on Sun eve. Have a great weekend everyone x
