    Wow thats fab bearacus, you should be so proud!

    Can you sign me up for the full SNC this week please, haven't been doing very well recently, you lot are putting me to shame! Drank nearly a whole bottle of wine last night and felt awful at work today. That's twice in a week that I've done that on a school night, plus drank all weekend so really need to get back on the straight and narrow!


    So that's 5 for October please shaggy and 1 for the SNC please bearacus :)

    I'm up to 10 and feeling very righteous. That's something like 44 AFDs in a row. I'd never have been able to do that if I'd set out to.

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
