ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

yip shaggy this is my final year it's flying! was AF again last night, and fell asleep b4 TOWIE came on... result ha!!! seriously I had a great nights sleep last night, last week I was waking every hour and having very strange dreams, and spending all day like a bear with a sore head. I seem to have come thru this and slept great last night, plus my face looks less bloaty.. I have been eating really healthy and exercising every day so I think that all three are producing results.. went round to my mum's for tea last night and she said 'nice to see you without them extra chins!!!' (my mother is charm personified!) When I feel this good it makes me wonder why I ever drink...!!get rid of all the pounds by summer !!
