Morning :hello:
I had an AF Friday. One of the things that stopped me buying a bottle of wine after work was the cost! A bottle of wine seems so expensive these days that I find it hard to part with the dosh. I suppose that is a good thing

Hi all. I'm still following you all, but I haven't been AF since Monday, so still on 1AFD for October. Mum is really poorly now since coming out of hospital 2 weeks ago. I'm struggling to do my full time job (unable to concentrate), look after the kids, keep on top of the house and visit mum as often as I can. She's probably only got a few weeks left, and our time is filled with hospice and community nurse visits. There's nothing they can do now except make her comfortable and keep changing her medication to suit her needs. My older kids know what's going on, but I'm worried about what and when to tell my youngest who's 7. I'm going to speak to his school later so they know what's going on. Being AF is the last thing on my mind really. I'm not going completely mad on it, but an hour or 2 in the pub is helping me to keep my mind off things. I'll keep you posted, and if I do manage the odd AF day, I'll let you know.
rachel sending you so many ((((hugs))))). I have been where you are. We are all here for you when you need us.....What do we do when we fall? Hiya all, not posted for some time, back on track with AFD's and not had a drink since Sunday, and shan't be having one until other half gets back from working away next Friday, my sleep pattern has been truly awful this week which makes me think that I must be more reliant on booze to knock me out than I realised, anyway sleep back to normal now thankfully. Can I ask how long is it until people start to notice an improvement in themselves.. weight loss, clear skin proper sleep etc? Hope everyone is well recognise some of the names from a couple of years ago glad to see you still doing wellget rid of all the pounds by summer !!
