I may have majorly failed last night but I do know I will never go back to drinking every day like I used to. I feel so tired and have no desire whatsoever for alcohol. I don't know how I used to hold down a full time job!0 -

Had a mad busy and stressful day at work and kept thinking about 'treating myself' to a glass of wine tonight but thankfully i went to my zumba class instead and after that im lucky if i can walk straight let alone pour a glass of wine, so came home and just had bath followed by tea and toast. Off tomorrow so going to Pitlochry for the dayIt’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
Evening All,
Not AF tonight for me shaggy so still 4/31
But only had 1/2 a glass of wine ordered a glass with dinner had diet coke before eating.
This is the first time hubby and I have been out on our own since August when my dad died and we have taken my mum with us when we went anywhere it was really nice just the two of us that never even thought about drinking and actually left some in my glass I cant stand warm white wine.
So am more pleased at leaving wine than not drinking.:T:T
Hope you all hve a good evening

Hi All - I've not been able to get online for the last few days but have been AF since I last checked in so I'm now on 5 AFD's please shaggy and 4 for the SNC please bearacus.
Counting the minutes till the weekend starts, it's been a manic week and it's not over yet...I've got a 400 mile round trip tomorrow for a meeting that I doubt will last more than a couple of hours....motorways on a Friday...now that's what I call bad planning
Hope this week has been kind to you all and well done on your AFness xxxxLBM Aug '07 Debt [STRIKE]£52,615[/STRIKE] DEBT FREE Aug '12 :jCap One CC £[STRIKE]5000[/STRIKE]/£0 - HSBC CC £[STRIKE]7500[/STRIKE]/£0 - HSBC Loan £[STRIKE]12,225[/STRIKE]/£0M&S CC £[STRIKE]11,500[/STRIKE]/£0 - Egg CC £[STRIKE]8750[/STRIKE]/£0 - Sains CC £[STRIKE]3000[/STRIKE]/£0HMRC £[STRIKE]3140[/STRIKE]/£0 - OD £[STRIKE]1500[/STRIKE]/£0Pay off ALL your debt by Xmas 2012 £14,128/£14,128 :j0 -
5 please, Shaggy, thanks!
Is everybody madly busy at the moment, or is it just me?0 -
I think this week feels madly busy too but maybe it's because now the weather's turned colder we're not feeling so relaxed??? Strange logic maybe but last week felt so much calmer somehow.
I was so pleased with weightloss today that I almost caved in and rewarded myself with a glass of wine. Then I thought, how stupid is that?? I've said I'm doing the full monty SNC so I am!
4 AF for October please Shaggy and the full 4 for the SNC thanks Bearacus.0 -
Morning :hello:
1 more AFD for me please Bearacus.
Whooo Hoooo
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0
