putting my hand up for another AF eveing here so that's 2 for the SNC and 3 on total for October. I think I have to have a little nap this afternoon - I feel so sleepy! Nothing to do with alcohol though

Have had a couple of very long days, leaving the house early and getting back late so no time to update. Well I fell at the 3rd hurdle on Monday evening and met some friends for a drink after work. They had already ordered a bottle of wine and had a glass waiting for me... So I haven't failed my target but I have failed the mini target of having 14 days off in a row at the start of the month.

Managed to stay AF last night and will be AF tonight as going home for quiet catch up evening, so 4/5 please Shaggy.
