I'm stuck on zero. Difficult where you're on leave from work. Could've been AF tonight but I had a pint at the coast, to be honest I didn't even really thing about it.
Gonna start racking them up next week when I go back to work hopefully.
On the plus side, when I am drinking, I'm not getting drunk anymore. It's just the odd one here and there so it's not affecting me as much as it used to.0 -

Hi Everyone
3 AF please Shaggy and 3 for the SNC please Bearacus. Still havent managed to get rid of summer cold, im on my 3rd bottle of benyln, maybe im replacing my alcohol bottle for a cough bottle :rotfl:Was tempted tonite when i got home after work to sit outside to catch some of the evening sun but i knew if i did this i would open a bottle of rose, so just came inside, had dinner and watched CDWM
All you slimming world peeps on here you should come over to WW as its only 19 points for a bottle of wineIm pleased that i stayed the same at fat class tonite as i had a pretty full on weekend, not looking to lose weight in Aug with all the family celebrations so aiming to maintain and not put on too much
Mrs R i hear your frustration and i hope as you do that when Mr R returns to work then he will begin to make some changes. It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
1 day AF so far..... bells were clanging but have stopped now. This week is draaaggggiiiiinnnnnnggggggg.... nice to hear opinions of Zumba - I'm tempted to have a go but I have no co-ordination!!0

Managed to keep away from the alcohol aisle in the shops, I drove OH down as he wanted a few drinks tonight. He works in a school so gets all the holidays, hence mid-week drinking especially to excess. He says he'll be AF with me once he starts back. So that's 3 days AF and 3 nights on SNC. x"I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. Honestly, don't let feeling like you have no coordination hold you back, everyone is just concentrating on their moves to notice, it's great to have a boogie to funky music and it's a gigglex

Well another AFD bringing me to 2AFD for August so far. Quite tough again tonight but am meeting up with some friends for lunch on Friday so if i can manage another AFD tomorrow then I can have a few drinks and enjoy them guilt free on Friday (after 3 AFDs :j) and wont be going mad as I need to get up at stupid oclock on the sat morning for a weekend away
MRs R - congrats on the little one and hope Mr R starts to toe the line soon
Prettykitty - well done - know that clanging sound well
FPWee - great job on cutting down.

Hello All. I afd for August. DH is on holiday this week so we visited a vineyard on Monday, hence my 1 afd. I probably wont be drinking now until next week as we are away this weekend camping and I like to be very sober for those midnight trips to the toilet with the children :rotfl:.
It is great to hear about everyone's exercise and healthy eating drive! Its helping to keep me motivated. I quite fancy Zumba and spinning. I did look at a Zumba dvd. I do yoga, swimming and karate. In fact I have my first red belt grading set for next Tuesday  which is also my birthday :T. It may be a double celebration.
Hugs to MrsR and BabyR :A.0 -

Are you sure it's not alcohol in the Benylyn that makes you drowsy when operating machinery?;)
How many points a day can you have on WW, mackeroo? And you are talking about real wine, not that WW stuff? It is great to hear about everyone's exercise and healthy eating drive!
Glad I haven't offended anyone, I read that as Healthy Eating drivel:)0
