good luck with your slimming journey mackeroo. would love to hear how you're getting on - i'm looking to lose my last stone before crimbo too. x

Thanks. You too yoemma, good luck. If you dont mind me asking how much have you lost already? I really feel the combo of reducing the vino and zumba twice a week has made such a difference to my WW journey this time around (must be my 5th attempt but definately my last!) Ive lost 3 stone 4 pounds since Jan this year x

not at all! :) in total i've lost 3 stone since 2009 but been dipping in and out of SW since then. since the start of the year i've lost (and put on!) almost 1 stone. i know it works for me but i take the foot off the gas and get complacent, drink lots of wine, skip classes and the gym, munch pizza, cheese and crackers etc. so monday was my first day back at it but i'll let you know if i see any difference when i weigh in on monday. i'm so close to target but the closer i am, the harder it gets!! but can't keep yo-yo-ing. (pssst - it's my 4th time back following it!)

thats a fantastic loss, you must be so chuffed with that! it really does make a difference and putting what we all know into practice - eat (and drink!) less - move more! i'm sure you'll reach your target weight, you sound really motivated! :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
