okay, so caved in folks. trying not to get myself down about it, i'm more upset at the ciggy smoking that came with the large vino. oh well tomorrow is another day...

just watching bridezillas on really. i'm not a wedding-y girl, i appreciate a good wedding but i just want a wee regy office for myself. these girls are CRAZY!!!!!!

hope everyone is having a good friday, the plan was to have a drink after work exp tomorrow but we'll see. don't fancy it after tonight. off to bed now but see you all tomorrow! x

AF night for me, I took DS to Nandos and the cinema to cheer him up as he was feeling sad. Not great for my diet (another Slimming world fan) but made him smile. I could have had a beer with my dinner but refrained and went for the bottomless diet coke instead, and am very glad that I did!

Is just one day. Write it off and have a nice new fresh day today! Our lives are very long (hopefully!:rotfl:) so no good beating yourself up over one day or week. Just look forward:) Hope you are feeling happier today.
