just got my cup of tea here so declaring for the challenge Bearacus and Shaggy, that's 4 days now thank you.

Hang on in there Mackeroo, when the novelty of a new thing wears off it does get to be a bit of a daily grind - eventually it becomes so ingrained to become normal behaviour.. Try taking it just one day at a time, checking in as you need to.
    Trying to keep in budget.

Not AF tonight. Went to the pub after work and had a couple of vodka lime & sodas. Hope it doesn't affect any weight loss at my first weigh-in tomorrow. Feel fine though, and not bloated like I do after drinking lager.

Bearacus, I'll join you for a 3 night special please.

Also, and I know Maman will tell me off :o, but I'm going it alone on SW and not going to classes anymore. That £5 a week is going in the sealed savings tin.:) I still want to lose weight (don't want to be the "fat" one on holiday!:o) so will be sticking to it, don't you worry!
    xx

As if I would!!!:D I think that now you have the books and heard the talk you'll easily manage to go it alone. Let the money in the savings jar motivate you and as gien says, keep posting to ask advice on syns etc. Good Luck, I really, really want you to succeed, you deserve it.

Ive worked hard for 3 months on getting both booze and food under control and i guess the honeymoon period is over with and now i need to keep it going. Sorry for the moan folks, just needed to share!

Just think of it as a wobble and try really hard to remember why you wanted to cut down booze and lose weight in the first place. I'm finding that the eating plan is motivating me even more to keep the booze under control and I'm so enjoying being thin again! Keep posting mackeroo, moan all you like. This thread is great for support.

Another night clocked up for me

    3AF please Shaggy

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Good morning all

    6 please Shaggy!

1 on the challenge please Bearacus!

Maman - yes, I think I should be able to manage going it alone (hopefully!) Feeling very determined. Weighed this morning and another half pound gone :)

Mackeroo - I think with anything we do there comes a point when you get to the demotivated stage. Hope you get through it - you've been doing so fantastically well!

MrsRainman - what brought that on with your OH!?:T Do you think he'll be the same tonight?

    Miss P
