Just letting you know I prob won't be posting for a while. Got a lot of problems at home going on, so need to take some time out.

Hope you manage to clock up a few AF days while you're away apple, be back soon!

Thanks for offering to do a challenge Bearcus, I was only thinking about Pen yesterday. (:wave:if you're lurking). I'll join next week if you do one.

    Evening all!

    How are we all tonight??

Thanks to Bearacus for offering to run a challenge. I know they can be hard work (which is why we love our dear Shaggy so much!!:iloveyou:)

Miss P is on a mission here. I'm determined to raise as much money as possible towards our holiday in August. So I have just registered with about 4 different survey sites and am sorting out loads of ebay stuff.

Also, and I know Maman will tell me off :o, but I'm going it alone on SW and not going to classes anymore. That £5 a week is going in the sealed savings tin.:) I still want to lose weight (don't want to be the "fat" one on holiday!:o) so will be sticking to it, don't you worry!

Alcohol really doesn't fit into my budget at the moment so, unless its a special occasion or bought for me, its out of the window at the moment. Maybe thats a good thing.

Sorry to ramble! Just feeling very positive and wanted to let everyone know!!

    Miss P
    xx

Miss P, perhaps you could post on the SW thread here on the forum. If you need to know syns people often look them up if you ask.

I'm feeling very strong about food and drink at the moment - must be because spring has arrived here and everything is sunny and warm. I too want to look good in my bikini.

    Bearacus, here's to the challenge!

    Evening all.

I was thinking earlier about what a beautiful "beer garden" day it is and wondered if I could talk OH in a swift half. However, since then I've landed a really mean cold! Good timing! Paracetamol and bed for me.

I might as well claim my 4 AFs please Shaggy!
    :);) AF since 10.04.11 :):D

9k= Hi everyone..this wee sign sums up how i feel at the mo, in the danger zone. I think i found the first couple of months of cutting down relatively easy and for some reason this week, im fighting off the bells every night. I know that this is a testing time, and i need to dig deep to get through it as i feel at the top of a very slippery slope. I know for a fact that if i have a drink on a school night, then it will be the start of the downward spiral. Im also feeling the same about weight loss, chuffed that ive lost over 2 stone since cutting down on the booze, but now i dont feel so motivated. In saying that i went to fat class 2nite and lost another 2lb.
Ive worked hard for 3 months on getting both booze and food under control and i guess the honeymoon period is over with and now i need to keep it going. Sorry for the moan folks, just needed to share!
    4 AF please Shaggy
