Morning folks
3 AFs please Shaggy!
Went to a friends house last night for a catch up. This usually includes a lot of alcohol. I took alcohol free lager with me, it tasted really nice and I still felt like I'd not missed out on the "usual fun". My friend doesn't know because she just wouldn't understand.
Keep going everyone, think this is such a great support. Should be AF tonight if the day runs ok!
lala xAF since 10.04.11

Do share the details Trasi, have you a link/supplier? I'd like to give it a try for days when I don't want the calories. It might help me cut down even further which I'd like to.
Hi maman, the website address to the alcohol free shop for af wine and beer etc is www.alcoholfree.co.uk.
5 af days so far thanks Shaggy0 -
Morning all, AF night last night please Shaggy. Have rented a room for a couple of weeks to a couple of visiting students, so it's keeping me off the juice at night as they want to chat. Not a tip I would normally recommend for keeping the bottle at bay, but it seems to be working for me!0

Good morning everyone.
Can you put me down for 2 AFD now Shaggydo.
Thanks everyone for all your support, I am feeling fantastic today, I didn't realise just how worried the LFT had made me feel, and to have it come back completely normal is such a weight off my shoulders. I have a spring in my step.
Thanks for the advice on SW, I will join a group to get the booklets and then join the SW on here and the other website you mentioned.
I am eating much healthier and the reduction in alocohol should, I hope, assist with the weight loss (I certainly fee much better with AFD days and cut down). I will have the George Foreman Grill out tonight.
Also while looking at some forums etc. I came across Sainsbury's Czech Lager, which on the SW diet is only 1 syn, I have bought some, but have not tried it yet. It is low alocohol as well and might be nice and refreshing for these lovely sunny weekends to come when we are not on a AFD and sitting in the garden or having BBQ's
Thanks again again everyone.

Popping in to report another AF day here so that's 3 in total, thanks shaggy. Tonight should also be fine I think.
Bearacus, I'll join you in a challenge if you like - I would normally have a glass or three over the weekend, but as we have nothing planned and I am trying to follow slimming world, it'd do me good to refrain.Trying to keep in budget.

I heard those special little words from MrR last night"I'm never drinking again"Swiftly followed by:"Could you pour the rest of that bottle away"
Honestly, I almost fell off my chair
