Put me down for 20 days this month - I've done two so far.
The biggest problem for me is the sleeping - couldn't sleep last night just not tired without a drink in the evening. Had about 4 hours sleep last night but feel great today...0 -

Poor sleep isn't uncommon as we're all used to the drugged sleep we get from alcohol. For most people it passes after a while, opefully it will for you too.
I've been positively saintly tonight. I've been to a retirement 'do' for a friend and drank nothing but water all evening!

Rossie - good news on the LFT results!:T As Maman says, joinging a SW club and getting all the relevant books is a good idea. Or you could try a forum called Minimins. They have sections for all the various diet clubs etc on there and the info on the SW section is really good. Good luck!!

Last night was a real struggle for me. Piglet was being a bit cheeky, the step-kids were being a bit of a problem and then next door started having (yet another) blazing row! It got to the point I felt I wanted to get very very drunk (which wouldn't have helped at all!!) or I got away from it all. So after Piglet was asleep I went to bed at 7.30pm, shut the bedroom door and got under the duvet away from everything aggravating! I could feel myself getting really angry and really didn't want to unfairly take it out on OH. Guess learning some anger management techniques might be an idea!:rotfl:
Feel ok today. Think OH very grateful I decided to go to bed rather than to the shop for wine.:o
