    Thanks Maman :A

I have avoided the shops and am safely wrapped in PJs drinking Appletiser, eating grapes and reading.

That clocks 2 AF please Shaggy!

Right, that's it. It's time to go AF. I'm turning 30 on Sunday and it's about time I stopped the drinking. I have a drink every night - never to massive excess, but more than I should - just to feel nicely drunk. Trouble is that after almost 10 years that amount has crept up - to 1 bottle of wine + a beer or two. So time to stop.

In every other respect I live a fairly healthy lifestyle - I don't smoking, I play squash to a reasonably high standard and I run 10 miles a week. But all that good work is just cancelled out by the drinking. So time to stop - I would like to say completely and forever, but one step at a time...

You've come to the right place, welcome! Why not try one Alcohol Free night and build from there?

I managed my first AF night of the month.

    1AF please Shaggy.

Good morning - checking in for the first time this month as I've been quite busy. I have 2 AF days to report. Got very tippsy Friday night and felt dreadful on Saturday. Argh. Anyway, both me and DH have decided no drinking on a school night, so it'll help if he's with me.

    Have a lovely day.
    Trying to keep in budget.

Morning all, 1 AFD to report. I felt absolutely dreadful yesterday at work, could barely function, at least it was a short day.
Test results weren't wonderful, but thankfully with a few tweaks to my medication, lung function will improve.
    Hoping for another AFD today.
    enjoy your Tuesday everyone

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
