Hi Everyone
Huge congrats to Phoenix and to everyone else on their own personal achievements last month. Whoo hoo its April, spring is in the air, light nights and light mornings, i love it. Wasnt AF last night, went to see a friend who has just split up with her partner, so we opened a couple of bottles of wine over the course of the eve...moaned about men, blah blah blah which resulted in a fuzzy head this morning but we agreed last night that regardless of how we felt this morning we would still go to Zumba at 9am, which we did..it was a long class
Have a nice weekendIt’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
Evening all!!:hello:
Sorry not been around much. Just spent half hour catching up!
Been a bit of a wierd week. Had flare up of RSI in wrist combined with dermatitis on my hands (teach me to wear cheap jewellery!) so was hand immobile for large proportion of week. Been off work, which is a nightmare as they don't pay sick pay. Oh well, cross that bridge as and when!
Feeling much better today so allowed to be on pooter!!:T
Just want to say - congratulations Phoenix!! Am very excited for you!!
Bit late but finished March on 23!:T
Target for April is 18 please Shaggy!

Glad you're back MissP, although sorry to hear about RSI. Good score for March:T
I'm not AF (not in my plan for weekends) but full of admiration for those that are. I'll be back on the wagon on Monday.0 -
Morning :hello:
1 Saturday AFD for me.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hope whatever DH cooks is SW friendly;) I'm doing the slow roasted pork today (bone out) for the first time since starting SW. I'm not going to eat any crackling (that will take more will power than avoiding alcohol) but I'm sure the gravy will be more synful than my usual sort but I was fed up with chicken and the pork is such good value for money.
Lovely smilies Shaggy, thank you. Hava good day all, cutting down alcohol and calories.0 -
