Hi Everyone!
Sorry I was AWOL last month. I didn't set a target and can count on one hand the AF days! Very disappointed with myself because of this and am now working hard on reminding myself of how much better I feel when I've not had a wine or beer the night before!
So....can I come back please??? Please forgive me and say yes
I'd like to commit to 15 AF's this month if you'll allow me! There are a few Bank holidays, weddings and a trip to Wembly to take into account so I won't raise the bar too high. All the same, it will be a massive improvement on this month.

AF since 10.04.11

Well, I finished March AF so 17 AFDs in total. I joined SW last night and realise I weigh more than I ever have in my life (even when I was pregnant). Think I'll drop beer on the head, and if I do drink I'll have a small spirit instead, as I'll never slim down while staying on the lager.
Could I up my target to 21 for April please Shaggy. Sorry to be a pain (but I'd really like an easter egg basket
).
Well done to everyone for great March scores :TLBM Dec 10. Total unsecured debt £41176  Nov 12 Debt Free Thanks Mum x RIP x

Go for it phoenix, you can do it.
For those wanting diet tips, try checking out myfitnesspal.com
it is free and with the on-line calorie tracker you can track the amount of calories you eat (or drink) a day and as long as you stay within your daily amount you will lose weight. I`ve lost 5 Ibs in a couple of weeks. I find it far more acurate than ww - in actual fact it was through having absolutely no success at all on the new ww pro points plan that I switched over and to be honest I find it much more convenient than counting ww points as most foods and drinks you buy have their calorie value listed. xxx0 -
Finished on 18 for March.
Will be changing my user name to Yorkshiremanc can you please adjust as I will be deleting my posts. Thanks
