evening all. Another AF day today - DH is away and I never drink when alone at night with the kids (what if I had to drive to the hospital????).
Trasi, you touch a nerve for me when you said that drinking leaves a hole - my danger time is actually after we've eaten and cleared up and there's an hour before bed. If I've had a glass with dinner it's almost sure I'll slump in front of the telly. If not, there's a much greater possibilty that I'll do something that needs to be done or I want to do. - so why do I choose to just slump and waste away another hour on doing nothing?Trying to keep in budget.
