AF tonight making it 29 in total for March and I'm pleased with that :j

So if any of you who are doing really well with weight loss want to give me some tips please do.
I hate to be Mrs Sensible here but until the age of 35 my weight went up & down, diet, binge, diet, binge then a very nice boyfriend of the time suggested I just eat normal meals at mealtimes and nothing in between, no snacks, no diet coke, no having a packet of sweets then only having boiled veg for a meal to compensate, no silly diets... etc etc.... and I have to say 20 years later my weight has remained almost the same and size 12/14 and I eat pretty much what I want (obviously not huge fry ups but just good tasty meals) I know it's hard work cutting out the rubbish but until you train yourself to just eat sensibly you will fight the battle with food for the rest of your days...

In over 2 years of doing the monthly challenges, I have never dared to post an AFD before the day is over, but dammit I'm doing it, finishing on 20 for March, fingertips just over the line. Passing the baton to myself for April, I fear I will be dropping it immediately as a stotious weekend beckons
. Must try not to make an April fool of myself tomorrow.

I know you're right maggie. Fortunately I found this thread and cut down on my drinking before tackling the overeating. I certainly found the food bit much easier.

AF last night bringing me to 23! Can't really take much credit for it though as I fell asleep whilst putting the children to bed at 8ish. Didn't seem worth having a drink when I woke up at 10ish:rotfl:.0
