What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0

Morning everyone, it's nice to have internet again apart from at work! I clocked up 4 days last week, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. Polished off a bottle of wine on my own on Tuesday and then another glass and regretted it on Wednesday. So that's 4/15 for me please Shaggy.0 -

7 AF days so far this month! had a few drinks yesterday but not out of control, felt great this morning and very productive. 2 batches of cupcakes baked, washing done etc. back at work tomorrow - where did the weekend go?! x
