What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Well done for a AF weekend Bearacus :T

put me done for 1 AF for yesterday please Shaggy :) thanks

It was helped by the fact I had to pick my OH up from the station last night but still very happy due to being able to watch the British GP without a drink, which has never happened before! :j

My partner has given up smoking but didn't actually tell me till he was 4 days in. I wondered why this week off work has been argumentative and grumpy! I'm glad he's chosen to stop I just hope he can keep it up this time.

Please can I reduce my target by 1 day if that's allowed. I hope I'm not letting the thread down.

Oh and I'm 8 days Af for this month now, thanks Shaggy and everyone. This thread is so supportive.

Is Mrs R OK? Has she popped yet?

I'm still here  No sign of baby just yet. I am pretty much organised now. Although I would like Little Bean to hold on long enough for me to see the new Harry Potter film at the cinema :D
Well done to your OH on giving up smoking :T MrR stopped 3 years ago in August. I'd bought a pack of the patches a few months before when they were on offer in Asda. Then one saturday (when he'd had a few drinks) we were talking about giving up smoking and he said "Go and get one of those patches and I'll put it on" And that was it. Once he'd started it seemed silly to stop, even though he still had about 17 left to smoke. He sniffed them a couple of times, but hasn't smoked since :D

TotallyInZane - Welcome to the thread :hello:

Good news for your OH Prettykitty

And well done to all those that completed the weekend challenge!!!!
