    Good morning all, just had a quick catch up as I havent posted for a while. I am back for a bit of an emotional prop. My grandma died on sunday and I feel 5 years old at the moment.

    Sending you a big hug, Darwins Mum at a very sad time for you and your family.

    I'm out for a meal tonight and planning just a single glass of wine then back on the wagon straight away. This is a a huge improvement because I used to be of the mindset that if I'd had a glass and wasn't AF then I'd come home and just finish the rest of the bottle.

    After watching a cookery prog last nite, i took my mind off booze this eve by cooking devonshire splits, just waiting for then to rise again before popping in the oven....not good news for my diet but hey what the heck!
