    Thanks Maman & Pen - just stick with mugs of tea, like you say they are nice & warming in the current misserable weather :(

    Unfortantely think I'm at the stage were it's getting worse before better, as up for what felt like half the night coughing! Nothing that can be done than to muddle through . . .

    I with you Maman - bring back the sun!!! Everything seems so much better when its sunny outside.

    I'm much happier today, sun is shining and I've lost another 1.5lbs bringing my total to exactly 3 stone!:j

    I know this isn't a weightloss thread but the empty calories in alcohol and the general feeling of lethargy it brings the morning after really don't help feeling good about yourself. Definitely AF today. I'm certainly NOT going to be celebrating with a drink.
