Morning Everyone
Miss P - Welcome back!!!!!! Sounds like you have been really busy. Well done for cutting back on the wine as much as you have.
No more twinges so i'm still waiting. I was meant to be going to a BBQ this afternoon. Think it might have to be an indoor bbq!
Enjoy your day all

12 please, Shaggy, thanks.
Met friends for drinks and meal last night, I had a few but was very well controlled. I haven't been to a drinks get-together for many years, mainly because of looking after my children. One of my oldest friends was completely drunk, I was actually really disappointed with her, it's been a few years since I was like that, but it reminded me of how far I've come. I'm going to continue to avoid such get-togethers because I really prefer to chat with people when everybody is completely sober.
Have a good day everybody x0 -
Hello All. I am on 9 AFD and managed 2 for the SNC. I prefer having a drink in the week rather than the weekend, because I like to get up bright and breezy to spend the weekend days with my children.
Hello to Miss P! Glad you are doing so well. We seem to be having some great weight losses on this thread. I am trying to lose some as well. I know where I want it gone from so I am not weighing myself.
Hope you are enjoying the blissful quiet of maternity leave Mrs R. As one of my friends said to me, with the first pregnancy you can enjoy being a pregnant woman. Subsequent pregnancies you are a mother. So enjoy the quiet, reflective time.

Evening all x Hope everyone has had a good weekend.
We came back early from the 'weekend away' cos the hotel was not good, unfortunately. But it is nice to be home.
Didn't do any AF days but did stick to a bottle of wine shared with the meal each night - which is pretty amazing to where we were before. I do love waking up with a clear head x
Not going to be AF tonight because my house is still a child free zone. DH is cooking us a lovely roast beef but there is only one bottle of wine in the house and its red (not my fav) so probably only a glass for me.
I managed to get us a new BBQ in the sales this week cos we the grocery budget is doing so well now the plonk is under controlFingers crossed we get a bit of good weather so we can use it!
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
