Good afternoon all!
Mrs R - sounds like its nearly time! Its exciting!:T
Pen - its a shame your weekend wasn't what you expected. Sounds like it turned out okish in the end though.
Happyshopper - 120 miles!? Well done you for doing that. I would collapse in a jellified heap if I did that!!!:rotfl:
Well I had most of a bottle of wine Friday but that was it for the weekend. We took Piglet swimming Sunday and then I did Aquafit last night so still getting on with the exercise. Am booked in for rpm/spinning Thursday which I think WILL kill me!!:D
There's about one glass of wine left in the bottle from Friday so will have that tonight with dinner as I have the spare calories but thats it then until payday probably.I do wonder if my drinking escalated due to boredom...now I'm filling my life a bit with things I don't get half the urges to drink that I was getting.

Evening all, No more Af days to report, had a busy weekend which involved alcohol every eve. We went to see Bridemaids last night at the cinema, HILARIOUS. For the first time this year we had the BBQ on this eve, no rain here thankfully, had some family over. I was planning on being AF but the left over rose wine was too tempting. Hope everyone is wellIt’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0

Back on the wagon with a vengeance this evening.
Thats 8 for July Shaggy and 1 for the SNC Bearacus. Thanks Both.
P.S. Hope we'll still be having SNCs in the holidays!;)0 -
Morning :hello:
I'm out tonight with a few old friends so I'm not going to be AF. I wasn't AF last night either, had a few glasses of red. I will jump on the wagon tomorrow
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
you can pledge 2 days instead of 3 if you know you will be drinking
I wll just pledge 2 this week Bearacus. What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
