It's been a tough one today though, as the bells have been ringing loud as feeling stressed due to pressures of organizing this wedding!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

14 AFDS for me please shaggy. wasn't af on Monday as I had 3 glasses of wine to celebrate the end of my nights and on Tuesday I had half a glass of red as I shared the last glass of red in the bottle with DH when i got in from a meal out with my friends where i drank water! I was a bit annoyed the next day when i realised i'd lost an afd for half a glass but I did enjoy it! was af last night and am planning to be tonight as well. have a great day everyone. Ps I lost 2lbs this week-sure this was due to me only consuming 1 bottle of wine all week rather than 3!

    Good afternoon all!:)

Becseven - Well done on the loss! I lost 2lbs too this wek so am most chuffed:D Definate correlation for me between lowered alcohol comsumption and weight loss!

Contemplating an AF weekend. Not sure yet though. Will see how I feel tomorrow. Fridays and Sundays are always temptation days for me. Saturdays don't tend to bother me so much. Wierd.

Got a busy afternoon. Munchkin has a friend round to play after school and then its off to Spinning class for me. Dreading it...I swear I'm going to die!!!

Afternoon chaps. I am on 15 thanks Shaggy.

There's an article in Independent today about a new range of swanky-sounding non-alcoholic beverages. Quite expensive, but sound rather nice as an alternative to pub orange juice, lime and soda and what have you.

"In his desire not to be left holding the kiddie-pops, Spanton seems to have stumbled on a growing trend. More and more people are cutting back or cutting out – and that's before you get to those who don't self-intoxicate for cultural, religious, pregnancy or health reasons.. "

    I liked this bit HS

"So when people around me are drinking champagne or £80 bottles of wine, why am I sitting here with fizzy water or a kid's orange juice?"

That's me in the corner with my £80 bottle of wine of course:rotfl::rotfl:
