    Hi Everyone :wave:
    Hope you all well. Wasnt AF over the weekend so remain on 3 AF days for July, wow seeing it written down it doesnt appear to be very much. I really need to work hard this month on achieving my target. Well done to everyone on all your challenges and its nice to have some newbies join us on our journeys. Sore throat has gone, yay,just been left with a cold, but im currently sporting a ruldolph nose, not a good look!! :eek:

    Good morning all, just had a quick catch up as I havent posted for a while. I am back for a bit of an emotional prop. My grandma died on sunday and I feel 5 years old at the moment.
    Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task
