Hello Bearacus . I am doing well, 2 for the weekend challenge so far. We are having a nice weekend. No alcohol for me, only sore throat sweets, as I have one of those really annoying tickly coughs! Only 3 AFD for July so far, Shaggy.

I was wondering where Miss P was.

Congratulations to your OH prettykitty :j.

Had a bit too much last night and felt a bit hungover this morning:( It's not a good feeling and one I haven't had for so long it came as a bit of a shock! Hopefully, it'll motivate me to be more sensible on a drinking day. At least I've had a cup of tea this evening when bottle would have been open at 6 o'clock on the dot usually!

Hope everyone's having a good weekend.

It's always a shock after a change in drinking levels - anyway hope you're feeling more like this now :j

Thought I'd better pop on and update my totals so far for July on 9AFDs so far.

All is well and getting back into the running routine again now alongside my diet to shift this stone I could do with losing. Not too sure if I'm losing weight but I've lost some inches so that's pretty good :D

Hi Bearacus, we're all well here thanks x

Had a village fete type thingy here today which normally runs long into the night and gets very boozy. But this year it finished at tea time (so it should really as its a family thing) and it was much, much better. I always drive to it so I have an easy excuse not to indulge :)

AF for me tonight please Shaggy. Can honestly say I haven't even missed it.
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
