Wasn't AF last night.....heard the bells and followed them to the pub. Have felt rough all day . AF tonight though, so 3 please Shaggy, and 3 for the SNC Bearacus.

Shaggy - 6lbs is great...that's nearly half a stone = half a dress size :T.

Topaz -it took me a week or two after joining this thread before I managed my first AFD - I finally got started by replacing my glass of Bacardi with a chilled tonic water, ice and a slice.....I felt great in the morning and that was motivation enough to make me try another. I still have a drink at the weekend but drinking in the week is almost a thing of the past. Just try and get that first AFD under your belt and then take it one day at a time.
