Welcome Flat Eric, i've added you to this week SNC. Good luck. Just highlight in purple your daily tally and i will add it to the list. As the lovely Maman has said its a great board, very supportive and inclusive.

Had a nice weekend with mum, went shopping today and bought some new clothes in a SIZE 16!! Whoo hoo, not been that size for yonks, i was proudly walking about the store displaying my size 16 hanger tags:rotfl::rotfl:

Morning all, 13 AFD for me please Shaggy. The bells clanged on saturday evening for the first time in a long time. I really wanted a cigarette as well. I think it was because I had a heart to heart with my favourite aunt and she re-assured me that I wasnt imagining my ex's crazy behaviour. I did some breathing exercises and it passed.
Happy to say my drumming is improving now that I dont turn up for practice with a hangover, really glad to be back in the saddle. Cant beleive I have neglected it for so long. Excellent stress releiver.
The exercise regime has stepped up a pace, determined not to take my "muffin top" on holiday in August.

Have a great day y'all and keep up with the challenges.

thank you for the really lovely welcome :j
Today has been alcohol free (and will remain so) so 1/4 for snc :j and a good start to my giving up alcohol for the rest of June :j I do try to have some days off on school nights - its the weekends that I find difficult so won't count my chickens before they hatch but will try hard.

    6AF please Shaggy

That's me done for a while as we're off on holiday tomorrow. I'm not planning to be AF but will drink plenty of water and don't want to spoil any lovely sunny days being hungover.

Should manage a few more days when I get back.

Take care everyone and keep up the motivation (daily);).

    Hi All

Flat Eric -Welcome and well done on notching up your first AFD for June :T....I'm sure you'll achieve plenty more with the help and support of the lovely folk here.

Maman - Hope you have a lovely holiday with plenty of sunshine :)

Mackeroo - How fab that you've dropped a dress size :T...it's just the greatest feeling isn't it!

Darwins_mum - well done on silencing the bells...I wish I could work out how to do that...they got the better of me last night :o

Back on the wagon tonight so that's 7 AFD's please Shaggy and 1 for the SNC please Mackeroo (can you put me down for a target of 3 this week please...got a champagne reception / riverboat cruise on Wednesday so very doubtful that I'll abstain but will go easy as I have a breakfast meeting Thursday morning :o)

Good luck everyone for lots of AFD's this week xx
