I'm on day 15 AF of this month and still keeping my free run going. I think I'm at about day 35 Af now. Over a month :T. Now aiming to be 2 months AF. The cravings seem a lot less than they did now :)

Thanks everyone for your support its much appreciated. Worked 13 hours today so was jiggered when i came home, DH had poured me a glass of wine, and i just had it. Feeling stronger about tomorrow and aim to notch up 1 Af this week (2moro) and set myself some mini goals to get me back to where i was a few months ago

I didn't manage an AF day yesterday. Carp day at the office, followed by beautiful sunshine resulted in walking the dog to the pub. Back on track today though so 9AF please Shaggy.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Hi everyone
Hope you all well. Some may have noticed that ive removed myself from this weeks SNC challenge, for some reason im giving in too easy to the bells, in fact thats not even true, i dont even wait for them to ring, im opening the wine as soon as i get in! Feel pretty crappy about it so dont want a visual reminder of me failing this week so as the 'stand in for bearacus' for SNC i took the executive decision to remove myself from this weeks challenge. Hope you all dont mind.
Will take it a day at a time. Ive also gone off the rails re WW, the 2 always go hand in hand. Feel my motivation is ebbing away on a daily basis and the temptation to eat crap and drink wine is winning at the mo.
It entered my head (hangs head in shame) today to come on here and lie, and continue to notch up the AF days but if i aint truthful with my VL friends what hope have i got.
Phew, all a bit heavy for a Tues night but feel better for sharing.

    Morning all
Glad I've signed in this morning if nothing but to share my shame. After another week of drinking every night (and, for the first time, not putting the empty Bacardi bottle in the recycling bin but hiding at the bottom of the main bin :o ) I did the same as you Mackeroo and considered telling a wee porky but then thought that's just plain stupid, for exactly the same reasons as you said, and of course this is the only support group I have !! Had a friend round last night, drank half a bottle of wine then when he left at 10pm poured myself another couple of large Bacardi & cokes & watched The Apprentice on catchup. Had a rubbish night's sleep so today I'm feeling hellish. Right... this is it, I am definitely having an AF night tonight. I feel sick and feel tired and the bags under the eyes are beginning to show again.

in the middle of a massive thunderstorm here - really quite exciting.

Another AF night last night so 11 in total and 3 for the SNC please.

I had a terrible nights sleep though so still feel tired but no where near as bad as I would have done if I'd been drinking.
    Trying to keep in budget.
