Evening all, hugs to those that need them, Maggiesoop, no beating yourself up, the wagon awaits whenever you care to jump back on.
16 afd for me please Shaggy, what a fun filled Thursday I have had - swimming, followed by early dinner out and a Zumba class to top it off! Beats working or studying that's for sure.
Unfortunately, back to reality tomorrow, but at least its Friday.
stay well everyone

Wow it's sooo quiet in here this week. :shhh:.
Well done to all of you who are now in double figures for June...It looks like I jumped on the slow train again this month and taking the long route to AFNess . I had more than just a couple last night on an evening out with clients....but I did stop and go onto water a good hour or so before the evening ended so I guess that's progress of sorts
AF tonight so that puts me on 9 AFD's please Shaggy and 3 for the SNC please Mackeroo.
Loads of positive vibes to those who are struggling at the moment....I think we need the sun to start shining again to lift our spirits (the AF variety of course)
The weekend starts tomorrow and I don't suppose I'll be AF but intend to jump back on the wagon on Sunday night.

Not hearing the bells at the moment, mostly because I'm dieting I think.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Another AF day yesterday, and an early night so I feel quite good this morning. I'm getting more used to being AF now and being more productive in the evenings.
So 12 in total for June and 4 for the school night challenge pleaseTrying to keep in budget.
