Alcohol is largely sugar, so you are getting sugar withdrawal. HTH. x
That makes sense now! Sitting here eating low fat greek yoghurt with a drizzle of honey to try and stave the pangs and also have slurped loads of diet ginger beer. I'll end up toothless at this rate! Mind you if I am hungover I feel so rough that I end up eating loads of fatty rubbish like crisps and fast food-hmm I wonder why i have raised cholestral (must learn to spell this word!)?!!HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

19 please Shaggy!
Morning everyone!
I missed a call yesterday afternoon, someone left a message asking me if I'd give them a call about my job application that I emailed to them on Tuesday!!! Need to call them back today....thrilled even to get the opportunity to discuss the job further with them. Its given me a confidence boost even it I don't get asked to go for an interview!. I've also looked into the Face Painting a bit more. Starting up a small business doesn't seem as daunting as I expected (particularly because I wouldn't employ anyone so it would just be me). I've had a business insurance quote of £60 a year. Gosh, its still a scary thought though!!!! Might give the Governments Business Link Helpline a call later to get the full picture. It would only be a sideline but I think I'd enjoy it.
Taking FiL out for a meal tomorrow for his birthday. Looking forward to being the designated driver
Well done everyone, have a terrific weekend!

Good morning campers, have a fun filled friday (even if we have to do things that we don't particularly enjoy - like work!)
Happy to say I am still AF, I think I am up to day 20 for the month of May (makes sense as today is the 20th)
Lala, business link are a wonderful resource, most of their forms/info sheets are downloadable from their website.
Off for a swim before work, great energy boost.
Have a great day y'all
