    That explains my chocolate cravings! Thanks for that, I will pay special attention to my diet from now on.

    AF again here (that's 19 please Shaggy) ,busy typing up course notes. I'm hoping that the second half of the course will seem easier, working in evenings whilst sipping lemonade not wine. Unless my literary skills actually improve with alcohol! Out tom night but chose to drive = no temptation.
