It sounds as though you are using the more energy and positive frame of mind well. That new job is just waiting for you. The fact that your skin looks great will serve you well at the interview.
Keep on Lalal
I've always enjoyed art...I'm not brilliant at it but have great fun doing a bit of face painting on the kids. I think I could develop this and improve my skills... I wonder if I could take it up as a sideline business. Thats a scary thought though. I wouldn't know where o start (public liability insurance, tax etc). Might have a nosey around the site (small business thread?)? Wouldn't that be wonderful? I would love to do that. Wonder how much in demand they are?
In the meantime I could practice, practice on the kids and nieces/nephews? Maybe take pictures of them to build a portfolio should I decided to give it a whirl...
Beckseven - your work nurse sounds like a very lovely, supportive healthcare professional (NOT). Did you give one of these..:p...when her back was turned? What can I say, I never quite grew up?
A mahoosive well done to everyone on here for all of your achievements. I hope that you are all very proud of yourselves. The fact that you are all part of this thread is a huge achievement. You are all important.
Enjoy the rest of your day everyone!

Hi Lala
I think I'd rather be home with my Kindle too that out socialising nowadays. I am attached to my Kindle it goes everywhere with me. I think it's my new addiction.
Does anyone find they subsitute one craving for another. I have just put in my online Sainsburys order and decided this was the weekend I was going to try making a garlic chilli chicken curry (the night my fella is out so he can't complain that he will get indigestion etc - he only likes mild curries). I'm swapping a night in on my own with a bottle of wine and boring dinner for a bloody hot homemade curry (1st time I've made one). I might have subsituted bored and boozing for bored and eating :eek:0 -

I was thinking of something far ruder but we don't have a smilie for that (or maybe Shaggy does?):rotfl:

I was tempted to ask what is in chapter 7 because I am nosey, impetuous and impatient, but I think I shall just enjoy being on chapter 6 for the time being :rotfl:Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task
