Hit my target last night so now on 10 AFD's for May and 4 for the SNC please. :)

I don't expect to be AF tonight or tomorrow but really hoping that I can drop the Sunday night tipple...setting myself a target is certainly the way forward :)

Hope you all have a great Friday and a fab weekend x

Well done May. It may (oops!) not work for everyone but I find that setting a target of 10 gives me a safety net. I'm pleased when I've reached that and then I go for my 'bonus' days. Next target, 14 day smilie! Good luck!

evening all - I've been really busy here so not had time to post but I have one more day to add. I went out unexpectedly on wednesday and had a very small half a glass of wine with my meal - I was driving. I felt dreadful next day but I think that was because of the late bed time than the alcohol!
    Trying to keep in budget.

Hi there - not been here for a while

Sad to report that I've not been doing so well on the AF front - very stressful time at work and wasn't sleeping well. So had a few glasses of wine and voila - good night sleep and no hangover! I know that's not an ideal solution but it works for me and explains why I find it hard to be AF.

So for the past week I have been drinking on 'school nights' and being AF at the weekend. Bizarre, but true...

I really hope that I can go back to full AF-ness very soon once things return to normal at work. But I have blown the chances of me getting to my target this month. In the meantime that's 12AFD for me please shaggy!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
