damos1 what you need to do is get help to construct a letter/email to the address marcus has provided.

State the facts - not any opinion on the alleged smirk or what not- its usless information.

State you were moved from pillar to post and then escorted out of the venue.

    The original basic facts are

There's no point in posting the original facts on here. You want them to listen to you which means writing a much better letter/email than you did before.

Your only hope is completely changing your tone but I think you have already done too much damage so maybe best if it doesn't work for one last time to move on.

I have not created any damage in what I have posted so far.

I didn't mean damage as in this thread, but damage in what Haven think of you because of your previous letters/emails to them.

And with regards to gaining respect on here with your complaint

    I AM THE DISABLED GUEST!

you need to leave the word disabled out, particularly with the caps.

So your on holiday and mum loses a pound. you then kick off as a family saying you know your rights.
If i were there with my family when you kicked off id be asking for compo myself. The last thing you want to see in a family resort is disabled people arguing with security.
Id have been glad when you carer finally turned up to look after you. Im suprised he left you on your own in such a place.
Are you not blaming him for not being there to look after you and mum?

but you need a carer? If he wasnt caring for you in a place you do bot know well he surely has to share the blame?
Is the carers job to look after the young children or to look after you?

they are caring for me in a place i do not know well, we were seperated through no fault of ours, i do not hold my carer in the wrong, i waited outside the venue as it was not right for me to expect the children to have to leave the venue, as obviously if the carer has to leave so do the children

the carer side i would need on that night was if i wanted to go back to the caravan they would of had to go back with me/take me back, within the venue i had been to before so i knew the layout of the place as the main complex is all together eg 2 clubs and a arcade and the food places.

So they were "caring" for you in a "place i do not know well" but you had "been to before so i knew the layout of the place as the main complex is all together eg 2 clubs and a arcade and the food places"

Can i ask how you are disabled? would i be right in asuming its a mental health condition?
If the carer was there to look after you, what have the children got to with it? are they your kids? im confused?

you firstly ask to remove the disabled side, then say "the carer is needed if i was to go back to the van, i should not of been seperated from them" but didnt you say he wasnt with you when the incident happened? then you say you waited outside for half an hour chatting about football?
So you were left scared outside while your carer looked after the "kids" were you not scared in the arcade without you carer looking after you?

I am afraid that this thread was timed out a while back, and I am amazed I missed it.

Perhaps as nothing has changed, time to close it again.

TBH what I think has happened here is the op has got so psyched up about this they believe they're own original post even it was probably worded very much in a one sided way.

A thread about a week ago about hair straighteners stated they were never used, then it came out that they were. It seems people slightly fabricate what happened then over time actually believe their own fabrications to be true. My gut feeling is this is whats happened here.

I remember before this thread got locked an actual member of staff who dealt with the op posted with a version of events completely different. I really do think the op has done something similar but completely believes they story to be true this due to convincing themselves their earlier version (written to side with themselves) is the actual version.

I think the op needs to leave it, from how they've dealt with Haven they've got no chance and the original post is still there which many people on here like myself can also see that the op is so psyched up about the situation that they just can't see reason.

Op for your own good you really do need to leave this as it is. The only benefit you'll get is if you're ever in a similar situation don't go jumping all guns blazing like you did this time. I think thats then only thing you'll get from this.
