i had half a pint of strongbow only! so was not drunk.some people have taken the issue way out of subject you are right
i think a poll maybe better
if the incident happens exactly the way i say it happened which it did would haven/bourne be right
yes or no
although those with yes think if it happened to you would you be happy
Now for another question on reccall.
This morning on the way to work, what colour dress did the first female you saw have?
And if you cannot remeber that, can you remeber exactly what happned this time last year?what on earth are you on about? i am a moderate drinker, around 3 pints per night or around 1 pint per hour, leisure drinking! i need a carer to go back to the van if i can not see the van i have explained this! they are carers and i have full paperwork for this0 -
i need a carer in places i do not know well, i knew the venue, hence carer unrequired to walk around the venue if i went to the van carer would be needed if i popped into great yarmouth, carer would again be required, as said we are all different and it depends on the situation faced, although was with a carer at the start of the incident the carer went because i told them to go back and not ruin the kids holiday, i should however of been allowed back in because i had done nothing wrong and i was told the sole reason i could not go back in was because i had physically assulted a member of their staff! a lie which did not happen! hence i should of been allowed back in!
So did you dismiss your carer because you had an idea how it would end? did you at any point touch any of the security gaurds?0 -
Well, first I think that if you need a carer that badly that carer should not have left you for half an hour while they carried on having a jolly good time drinking and listening to the evening caberet. Yes, if you had been evicted and you needed a carer then that is the night over and it's time to go home. And yes, it is only fair. They are supposed to be 'caring' for you. This is your issue and you keep on saying how you was left outside, well it is not Havens fault that your carers could not give a crap and wanted to carry on their night out without you.
They clearly saw a reason to chuck you out so they did. This is THEIR right, they own the park so they can do whatever they want if someone is giving them grief. The police clearly saw there was no issue else they would have arrested and charged the man who apparently did it. Oh, of course they are all in together..... Give me strength!!0 -
wasnt part of your gripe that you were seperated from your carer/family? now you say you sent the carer away yourself.0
-
It doesn't matter really. They can ask you to leave for any reason they want as it is their park. You have no right to be there. There are notices that clearly state this. They asked you to leave, you didn't.
The issue is that your parents didn't give a toss and quite happily carried on their night without you and did not take you back to the caravan. Haven cannot help you with that.
No, you do not have the right to be in there, they asked you to leave and no doubt you refused.
I am not buying any of it sorry. Put me down for a 'no, this is all crap' in the poll please.0 -
the first part no, they went to get my stepfarther as the incident was too much for my mother, although we was still in the venue, so i still knew were i was and i knew i was under control/doing nothing wrong.
as for the second part also no, we never touched any security guard or any member of staff. i never touched the guard at any point even during removal, although i would of than been right to as it would be defence as i had done nothing to them
but either way no we never touched any of them
Who is we? I thought it was you?0 -
i did this thinking i did not want them to have there holiday ruined when i did nothing wrong, i also told them they need to go back to the kids, if i wanted them to stay with me we would of had to go back to the van, i wanted to be back inside the venue with my family were i belonged.
It was 10.30, the night was almost over anyway so why bother. Why not just go home.
Again, if you needed a carer then they should have taken you, your fault or not you had been asked to leave. No doubt you refused and so they made you leave. Next time do as you are asked and nothing will happen.
If they let you back after all this of course. maybe they do not want trouble makers there. Maybe you have been 'black listed'.0 -

OP, from what you have said above, you have only one choice. You made a mistake in dismissing your carer, as you did not need them.
As drink was also involved,i had half a pint of strongbow only! so was not drunk.
In future, when you wnat to go out for a drink, make sure you are courteous to your carer, because YOU NEED THEM.0 -
YOUR opinion is you should not of been removed, their opinion is that you should have been. So you was. You clearly argued the toss and was thrown out instead. Fair enough IMO. It happens all over the country on a Saturday night in nightclubs, if you don't like it, call the olice.
There is that word again, disabled. They can ask to you leave, even if you are disabled, you don't get some sort of get out free card.
'Chuck out rule'? I see you have some knowledge of this then to know your 'rights' on the day. Interesting stuff. been through this before?
If you was 'assulted' then you call the police. you did and they realised there was nothing that could be done about it so nothing happened. End of.
Your parents still did not coming running to their disabled child's aid and take them home. That, in my opion, is more shocking than anything else.
Had you have been my child I'd have taken you home, even if my night was ruined, however, your parents clearly didn't give a monkeys. Can you sue them too?0 -
Geordie racer, thankyouyes that is what could help, eg a correctly worded letter although I cannot make one of these by the loos of things however my orginal letter to haven was could you please provide the reasoning as to why the incident happened and could you please provide a full apology to which the reply was we are sorry this happened although blatently then went on further to say we did this because we were right to do so.
Several emails have been sent since and each time possibly becoming a little more confusing for bourne to understand although all they need to do is look at the original facts and agree to yes we were wrong to handle the situation the way we did. So yes googlewacker you are correct I am awaiting for haven to submit as this is the correct resolution which I am sure many readers will agree should be taken. However the amazingly long posts are due to what I have had to add to throughout the time of the complaint etc and I cannot accept that they were not wrong to do what they did because this is not so.
Do not add any more really. Your posts are very confusing and quite hard to read. We understand what has happened and you now have to appeal to havens better nature with an email/letter not written by you.
Im going to sound harsh here - but you go on too much your repeating yourself and your spelling and grammar are awful and this would lead emails and letters to get binned. Go get proper help from the CAB - no one here can help you anymore.
BUT REMEMBER - It is your word against theirs and without any external witnesses you may not get what you were looking for and if thats the case then im sorry to say you should just drop it.one of the famous 50
