Okay breakdown time of post.

Again as said several times throughout neither of us were ever asked to leave the premises! If we had been and we refused they can of course remove us although if resistance is present the police MUST be called!

Again only the disabled guest eg the op was removed from the premises using force my mother was not removed and again I state the disability discrimination side, It was made very clear after my removal to the head security guard that I needed to be with my carer! and by forcing my removal and not allowing me re-entry this right was removed, understanderbly however if I had been asked to leave and had not done so they would of been right to remove me from whoever they choose, although still not in the way they removed me! eg only security can remove me and not an arcade assistant, and again I stress several other security guards were within view however none come to aid removal!

Not gambling as such just change for leisure time whilst on holiday eg arcade machines although small change machines and not major payouts so this is not a case of run out of money how do I get some more! I know I will make up a story, this is an incident which wether you believe or not happened.

Me neither however would you support haven in removing a holidaymaker from their site of which they have paid to be on if they know strongly they was not doing anything to which haven claim! again please read the post! Neither of us was agressive to haven holidays staff just merely asking for the money to be returned of which we are fully within rights to do! It is a change machine this is its sole purpose!

Again you state removal from site, It was not from site it was from the entertainment venue for that night only, I will also point out were I state removal was due to me physically assulting a member of havens staff! something which did not happen! Also had I resisted removal the police MUST be called, and they would of had me in an incident room so fast awaiting police arrival and at this point the holiday would of been terminated, wether haven/bourne like it or not not one of us assulted any of their staff!

They also claim several things my mum allegedly did however does that give haven the right to remove me from the premises? the answer is no they should of removed my mum if they claim she was in the wrong and not me!

Precisely! the head security guard claimed there was cctv footage of me physically assulting a member of their staff of which did just not happen! and I knew this so I was left thinking no you do not and if you do then were is this so called footage?!? Would it be this so called cctv footage of the camera system which I was told was not working?!? but oh wait that cannot happen they have cctv footage of me doing what they say!

I am not asking for favouritism, I am merely asking for resolvement, granted had I assulted the staff they would be right to remove me however because this did not happen they had no right to remove me from a carer of whom I needed to be with!

Do you think it is moraly right for a high member of staff to say I do not give a fu*k if you are disabled? Do you think it is right they can refuse to refund you any money which is technically stolen from you? especially when you know this is what happened, Do you think they should of stated if you do not like it go to reception in the morning to resolve? (I do) Do you think it is right for an arcade member of staff to assist in your removal something which they are not trained to do especially with several other security guards standing by as they obviously did not see any issue with me resisting them etc, Do you think it is right for a company to remove you from the premises without asking you to leave? especially were there is much room for this to be asked? Do you think it is right for a security guard or anyone to push you in the back to aid his removal when you are not resisting him?

Would you be happy if the above happened to you?

Sorry op but the way you wrote that letter it just screams put me in the bin. No wonder you're having probelms getting this resolved. If you acted to the staff at the time in the way you come through in the letter you pretty much have no chance of winning round the company.

You won't get anywhere writing things like this:

That really doesn't make you look like a nice person at all and will make anyone who reads it side with (also believe the most) the staff 'Steven' and not you.

The way this op is written is after several months of trying to resolve the issue, eg after haven basically saying we do not want to know eg basically I can only state the incident as it happened and he did indeed do this and I am sure you know the face I mean however this op has only been written the way it has because it is the only way which is pure enough for them to read and get the exact facts overall of what did actually happen.
