Would it be a good idea for us to post our height at the same time as our weight?It gives it more relevance I think?
Well,CRIKEY! Things are worse than I thought ! After a few days away and a chinese takeaway (plus associated alcoholic beverages:)) I weighed in this morning at an all time high of 11st 2and a half pounds.
I am 5 ft 8 and a half. So, more to lose than I first said.
Lunch today will be Jamies Evolution Carrot salad, lovely. That wont be a problem, but having coffee breaks without a biccie will be!Norn Iron Club member 4730 -

So my weight is quite a lot for my height.
All-time highs are usually the spur you need to JUST DO IT (it was for me - a shocking 10st 7lbs).
I had a sneaky WI on Friday - 10st 1.5lbs! I was well chuffed! :beer: I had a few drinkies at the weekend so am worried about tomorrow's 'official' WI - but I did walk loads too. So we shall see! I ate so much carrot salad yesterday that I unintentionally lost some extra weight ......could'nt keep out of the loo all evening!
Be warned people.Too much carrot goes straight through.
Feeling positive today, have snaked on a few grapes which arent great I believe.Major challenege ahead as "children" returning for easter tomorrow and they are expecting to be spoiled with good food, wine and (my fave) fatty cheese!Norn Iron Club member 4730 -

grand total 5 stone 9lbs (31.22%:eek: of my body gone!!)
8lbs to target:D
ps i am 5ft 6 and 12stone 6
final target 11.12 (still a bit heavy i know, but as i am already starting to look a bit "boney" around my neck, and my hip bones are poking out, i dont want to go too far!!)

I'm mega impressed and also ashamed! My efforts have stalled recently and I am still stuck at 9st 13lbs.
Only 5 weeks till the wedding.

I am currently off the wagon for various reasons but trying not to gain too much IYSWIM in hopes of getting back on the wagon seriously at the start of July when things calm down a bit.

I'm back on the wagon big style!!! Dress fitting yesterday and my underarm flab really got me down. I'm off all bread, potatoes, pasta, sweet stuff and alcohol till the wedding. And exercising properly, NO EXCUSES. Today I walked for 90 mins and cycled for an hour. Got to keep this up!!7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs
