Aw don't worry about it piglet, it was going to happen sooner or later and the real test of strength is getting through this. It's much harder to lose the closer you get to target and even a salty meal or something can really make a diffrence to your wight. Chances are you'll make it up next week.

And wow that is an amazing track record, 33 weeks without a gain!!

Thus the username :D isn't that cannibalism?

My weight loss has slowed down as well - but I still have a longer way to go than you. I have now got 13 weeks exactly till we go on hols and want to lose a stone. Not a huge ask. But I know it will take a fair bit of focus for me to stick with it and I've got a few humps to get through in the meantime - I'm away next weekend for a start!

I will keep posting updates, hope you do too. And I'm looking forward to being able to say 'I told you so' when you lose next week :)

woohoo you for making target. :j:j:j

You are all making me feel bad now, have been really working my rear off at this and the scales haven't moved in a week. But I am endeavouring to triumph in adversity. Hopefully some of your motivation will rub off on me Arkonite.

((and the 3 on will disappear in no time))

a woohoo both for you and for me, you get to lose weight, I get to say I told you so :D

It is really exciting when you crack a new barrier!

I'm now at my lowest weight for 5 years (I keep a track periodically) and the size 14 fitted skirt I wore yesterday is loose on me. Over the weekend I managed to wear a pair of size 14 trousers I've had for years and never worn, although I did have to wear a long cardigan with them :) and a couple of other dresses I haven't worn for years also fit. So even though the scales aren't being too kind, I'm still pleased and keeping the motivation up.

Oh and I am 1lb down since I posted my last weight, so 10.10, though I think the goal of 10.5 for the end of the month is looking unlikely :o

    How's everyone else doing?

there is still 2 weeks left of the month, so you never know;)

isnt the human body a strange thing....look at you...STONES lighter than me..... tho i am now fitting into 12s and 14s:D

    odd aint it!

my next wee mini goal is 12 - single figure....so 4lbs more to loose for that, then 12.8 thats my 5.5stones award....then just keep going to 12.1...6 stones...then target (11.12)

i have had to break it up from the start or else i never could have remained so focused

like i honestly could not say at the start "i am going to loose over 6 stone in a year"

    far too scary!!
