Back from sunny holidays and dreaded getting on scales - but I have been lucky enough to arrive home the same weight as I went. I was really good on the low carb when I was away - except for one night when I tucked into a massive plate of fish and chips - and instantly felt bloated and sluggish - but I threw caution to the wind and had a few more wines than I should have - well I was on holiday!
Felt brilliant to wear shorts etc etc on holiday for the first time in years instead of all those loose flowing clothes - I'm proud of the way I look now and I intend to keep it that way. I will probably stay low carb permanently now as I feel so much better, more energy and no bloating etc. and it's so easy!!
More focused now and determined to lose last few pounds before Xmas.
Good to see you are all doing well - remember it is not too late to get in shape for Xmas.Treat the Earth well,It was not given to you by your parents,It was loaned to you by your children.Masai proverb0 -

Well I did have my good week and got down to 11st yay. But then a v bad week, I knew it would be, a lot of kind of hard to avoid eating and drinking. And no time to exercise at all. But that week is now done and I'm determined to get back to 11 this week - not sure how much damage I did with the week off, will find out at W/I in the morning!! Beanrua yay you keep it up, you'll def get there before Christmas. And welcome back tara :wave:0

Well done beanrua!! Yay!
I've maintained since my bad week - not ideal but could be worse. If I can just more or less maintain over christmas then hopefully get back on the weight loss wagon in the new year.
Good luck for the holidays everyone.0 -
