Just discovered that Irwin's 7 seeded white loaf has only 6.4g carb per slice. I think this has to be one of the lowest carb bread I have come across - anyone know of other low carb breads?Treat the Earth well,It was not given to you by your parents,It was loaned to you by your children.Masai proverb0

Looks like this thread has ground to a halt - I'm still losing, albeit quite a bit slower now than at the start but i'm happy enough with the way things are going. I'm over the moon at discovering Irwins 7 seeded white loaf at 6 carbs a slice - a real Godsend. And I have been able to get pork scratchings in local shops - and they are a very tasty snack - and low or no carbs. So onward and onward. Going to Lanzarote on Thursday so hopefully I'll stay true to the weight loss cause.Treat the Earth well,It was not given to you by your parents,It was loaned to you by your children.Masai proverb0

Sorry guys, I'm out. i'm just not consistant enough so I'll keep popping back to see how you're all getting on, but, I just dont have the will to keep going. Wish you lot all the best. Beanrua, have a ball in Lanzarote, great place for a holiday!
If I find my willpower lurking at the bottom of the buiscuit tin, I'll be back lol.0 -

I keep meaning to come and post here as well as another forum I use and myfitnesspal.com updates.
My target was 14lbs for Christmas, im currently 8lbs down so very happy with my progress and hopeful I can get the other 6lbs off in the next 5 weeks! Having a fennel tea right now as MFP says I have used all my g's of fat for today(it calculates based on u losing weight if u hit its suggestions) so im sticking to what i should be doing food wise and booked into a body vive class tomorrow at the gym too
Come on 1st off for Christmas0 -
6th session completed with a bit of a hangover to boot haha but getting into the routine now
Just need to get my eating sorted during work as I tend to eat out alot!!0 -
hey good to see everyone's still getting on with things. I'm pretty much sitting the same at the minute. half a lb up, half a lb down etc. But this is going to be a good week, I'm determined!! On the bright side I've been hitting the gym pretty hard
it's just the eating (and drinking!) that needs sorted.
Well done all you losers!0 -
How's everyone doing this week?
