basically enclosed my cca and it is signed and dated

were do i go from here? accompnied with a snotty letter as expected

doesn't mean it is a properly executed CCA, you need to check it carefully.

If its like the one I recieved from Cap 1 it will spout aload of gumf about it been enforceable but thats their opinion and Im sure they hope you dont know either

i presume because they no its enforcable that is why the dca havent accepted any of my 40-50% f+ f offers?

Pdd is correct I'm afraid.

You could still push a reduced f&f though. Sometimes they will accept this rather than being paid back over many years. You just have to keep sloggin' at 'em........;)

Because the account is not so old they may go for 60% but thats upto you Chippy is right you just have to keep plugging away but make sure your F&F is water tight with wording so they wont come back at a later date for more
