I haven't send the follow up letter. Paid on the 1st my next installment to C1. By not responding or supplying the CCA, Cougar have made my account unenforcable for now anyway plus I have a belter of a letter waiting should they contact me again

Hang in there, as off next week, without a supplied CCA, they have made your account unenforcable for now until they can rustle one up

Next Tuesday next installment to Capital One. I am gussing they either returned the account to them or have lost interest.
