It is 12 working days.

You add 2 to that to account for delivery by 1st class post.

Once that time has passed, you can send a reminder like this if you want to.

You are continuing to pay what you can under the DMP.

You are being reasonable. It is they who are not.

They haven't responded to the CCA request, albeit that they haven't exceeded the 12+2 day deadline yet.

The fast-track allocation fee would be a further £40, but that would not be paid when the claim was issued.
