  • I hope you get some peace from them. I have not had any calls and just a rather polite letter yesterday asking if I need more time to pay and to contact them with my payment proposal. :D No info on their complaints procedure (as asked in my harrassment letter) and no CCA yet.

    Just play them at their own game :D

    no calls today either

    however return home and got a yellow calling card from cfs

    basically saying i confirm that i will be calling on WEDNESDAY between 9.00am-9.00pm

    if inonvenient please telephone e.t.c

    Presumably, as predicted, no-one turned up?

  • hi again all just posted the cca and harrasment letters

    rather strange letter from them today though

    "we thank you for the correspondencer concerning the above account.

    we would ask you to bear with us whilst we attend to the matter and we shall contact you in due course.

    thank you"

    never had a thank you before? what the hell does that mean?

    No visit on wednesday i didnt actually get the card until wednesday and it was sent on the 11th so god knows what that was all about

    It probably means they've engaged their half a braincell, realised that sending out automated threatograms isn't going to work, and have had to act on your complaints and request.

    Another automated threat letter then. Amusing that it actually arrived after the threatened action failed to happen. Just goes to show how impotent most of these letters are.

    As a former student of histology, I would be grateful if you could explain how it is possible to have only half of a braincell.
