anyway by tonight i need to make my mind as to my next step whatever that will be

Send the letter where you withdraw the right for visits. I send it together with the harrassment letter to Cougar on the 8th April special delivery and so far it has been quiet. And no reply to my CCA request either.

Try not to worry, wait for the CCA request to be either ignored (then send the next one) or not fulfilled.

On a note, I tried a 55% F&F with Capital whilst being on a DMP and they refused.

As far as Cougar are concerneced, just ignore them until they comply to the CCA request and continue to pay your monthly amound to Capital One.

wasnt aware of that and didnt make any payments last month,could you giveme an idea of the letter you sent re no visists?

I am still paying Capital One as I never stopped the agreement, I actually increased my payments and informed them of this. The next day they passed me to CFS but never informed me. So unless CFS comes up with the CCA, I continue to pay C1. I am not disputing the debt, I just want to avoid any CCJ against me, hence the CCA.

just realised i never sent the cca request to cougar earlier in theweek im getting very stressed about this and now making errors

does anybody have a good template for a harrasment letter? i have had 4 calls in total today and i no for a fact they have received my letter stating no calls

i am sick of this company (very loose term)
